Home Sales Increasing in Utah County

The Utah County Association of Realtors says Utah County may have already seen the worst of the housing market slump. According to their numbers, sales have increased every month since December, when they bottomed out at 269 units sold. In July, there were 445 units sold, a 65-percent increase over the end of last year. Association CEO Taylor Oldroyd says that puts Utah County on par with early 2005.
